2. Are the vehicles new or used?

We mainly offer used and nearly-new vehicles, including recent models (2020–2025). Vehicle condition, mileage, and year are clearly disclosed before purchase.

3. Do you inspect the vehicles?

Yes. Every vehicle is professionally inspected before shipment.
Inspection photos, videos, and condition details can be shared upon request.

4. Can I see real photos or videos before buying?

Absolutely. We provide real photos and videos of the actual vehicle, including exterior, interior, and key details, before payment confirmation.

5. How do I place an order?

Simply contact us via WhatsApp or the inquiry form.
We will confirm availability, share inspection details, issue an invoice, and guide you through payment and shipping.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We mainly accept bank transfer (T/T).
For some orders, a deposit + balance before shipment arrangement may be available.

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times from Guangzhou typically take:

  • GCC / Middle East: 20–30 days

  • Africa: 25–40 days

  • South Asia: 15–25 days

  • Europe: 35–45 days

Actual delivery time may vary due to shipping schedules and customs clearance.

8. Do you handle customs clearance in my country?

We handle export procedures from China.
Import customs clearance, taxes, duties, and registration are the buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Are prices inclusive of shipping and taxes?

Vehicle prices are usually excluding shipping, customs duties, and destination taxes, unless clearly stated. We provide full cost breakdowns before payment.

10. Can you ship to my country?

We ship to most international destinations.
Contact us with your destination country and port, and we will confirm shipping options.

11. Are electric vehicles suitable for my market?

Electric vehicles are popular in many markets, but buyers should ensure:

  • Charging infrastructure availability

After payment:
