Inspection reports, photos, or videos may be shared upon request.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are typically quoted excluding shipping, taxes, duties, and destination port charges unless stated otherwise

We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not completed within the agreed timeframe.

All vehicles are shipped from Guangzhou, China.

• Customs clearance at destination

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or customs authorities.

6. Import Responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for:

• Understanding local import laws and regulations

• Paying destination customs duties, VAT, and local taxes

• Vehicle registration and compliance in the destination country

We do not guarantee import approval in the buyer’s country.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Deposits may be non-refundable once a vehicle is reserved or export processing has begun

• Refund eligibility depends on vehicle status and incurred costs

• Shipping fees and documentation costs are generally non-refundable

All cancellation terms must be confirmed in writing.

8. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Exchange rate fluctuations

• Customs rejections or import restrictions

• Local regulatory changes after shipment

• Third-party shipping or port handling damages
